MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of The Fieldman Firm is to provide high quality, efficient and effective legal services at a reasonable cost to large corporations, small businesses and individual clients alike. We are dedicated to assisting our clients to achieve their goals, whether it be realizing the benefit of the bargain under commercial or construction contracts, defending against allegations of fraud or corrupt practices, obtaining relief from oppressive mortgages or other debt, or any other just goal. We do so through our skilled and creative lawyers, experienced in commercial transactions, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methodologies, and who have a proven track record of success.

We believe that our mission is important, especially during these challenging economic times, and we are fully committed to serving our clients by faithfully pursuing our mission and adhering to our principles, as follows:

• Each client is important to us and we are committed to being responsive and treating each client in a professional and respectful manner.
• We strive to fully understand and be sensitive to our client's goals and concerns before embarking on any course of action.
• We employ a creative and flexible approach to develop work plans which match our services to our client's needs and budget.
• We encourage reducing our clients costs by assigning specific tasks to our client's in-house lawyers and supervising their performance.
• We welcome the opportunity to give clients the benefit of our broad experience through our independent second opinions on many subjects, such as costs and benefits of tasks, tactics and strategies for litigation, arbitration or commercial transactions.
• We never charge a fee for an initial consultation with any client or prospective client and will only charge reasonable fees for our services.
• We consider special billing arrangements and candidly discuss billing arrangements and billing issues with our clients.
• We counsel clients on methods to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of resolving disputes.
• We believe in community service, including serving victims of predatory or oppressive lending practices resulting in unreasonable mortgage, credit card or other debt, and may offer our services at a reduced fee or pro bono.
